Bonus stereotypical BMW parker...
The owner had a handicap pass, but she was a MOBILE woman with two COMPLETELY MOBILE AND NOT HANDICAPPED children. All had no trouble walking or moving! Next time, leave the spot for handicapped people!
Well, now I’m in the doctor’s office...waiting—everyone here is on their freaking phones. Just going to post this and then put my phone away to keep my sanity.

I know people who appear mobile but have handicap tags because of medical issues that aren’t immediately apparent. As long as they have a valid tag they have the right to park in a handicap space.

I don't mind sitting in the doc's office if they have good magazines - luckily, most places where I have to wait have at least some car magazines. It's funny because those places can be time capsules of sorts - it makes me chuckle when I see magazines that say thing like, "NISSAN'S NEW MONSTER GT-R - THE GODZILLA PORSCHE KILLER" or something like that. GT-R was (and still is) incredible but it was something else when it came out at that really, really low price point.

Looks like an M4 with a 2-series greenhouse.

I like that M4...it’s just that the convertible top screws up its good looks. Silverstone is always a good color.
As for that handicapped BMW...it could be something internal. They don’t have to be visibly handicapped.

Not everyone with a disability/handicap puts it on display when they move.

I can't believe I didn't think of this given all the talk about it today. All the stars for you, my friend.

My policy for the handicapped is that you never know the full story.
